Refund Policy

1. This refund policy sets out how THIS LITTLE HOBO will manage and process requests for refunds on goods or services purchased through this online store.

2. First things first, I really want my customers to be happy so, if you are at all dissatisfied with any aspect of your shopping experience here, or with your purchase, please contact me

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. However, some types of goods and services are exempt from being returned for a refund, as follows:

  • where they are perishable;
  • where they are custom-made or customised;
  • where they are intimate or sanitary goods;
  • where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases;
  • where the service begins as soon as you make payment;
  • a gift card or gift wrapping service.

3. As This Little Hobo Fabric Face Masks fall under the 'customised' and 'sanitary goods' categories above, I am unable to offer a refund if you simply change your mind about your purchase. 

4. If the item you purchased is faulty, or you think the item is not as described in the item description, please contact me before requesting a refund as I may be able to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

5. Likewise, if you wish to cancel your order before you have received the item you purchased, please contact me immediately as I may be in a position to issue a refund if your order has not yet been fulfilled and/or dispatched, or I may be able to resolve any concerns you have.

6. In any event, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must be in the original unopened packaging and you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning an item.

7. If we agree on a return, once I have received and inspected it, I will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed. If so, I will credit your original method of payment within an agreed number of days.

8. If you haven't received a refund yet where I have agreed to issue one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

9. If an item you ordered was purchased with a discount voucher, then I will only refund the amount that you paid (not the amount the item was listed for).

10. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund at all. If you are in any doubt please contact me before making the purchase.
